This year long program will promote the Health Journeys of 30 women within the North Bay Shore, Brentwood and Central Islip areas. This year long program will promote the Health Journeys of 30 women within the North Bay Shore, Brentwood, Central Islip and surrounding communities. Participants must commit to all four wellness events where they will have access to FREE health screenings for: Blood PressureBody Mass Index (BMI)Cholesterol/ GlucoseWellness education will also be provided.
