Inside and Out Window Washing is seeking a personable and hardworking individual who enjoys being outside and in a constantly changing environment in some of Vermont’s most beautiful homes. No previous experience with windows necessary, you just need to show us you’re willing to work hard and get it done — we’ll teach you the rest. As a window cleaner, you will be interacting directly with clients daily and working alongside a small team. You must exhibit a strong attention to detail with a desire to get the job done right and on time. The job is consistent and rewarding and great for someone who is punctual and likes working with their hands. Being a good communicator, comfortable with heights, and trustworthiness is key. At Inside & Out, we strive for excellence and second-to-none customer service. You will be working directly with two other employees and daily responsibilities will include: ● Assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment ● Meeting clients alongside manager ● Washing windows ● Helping to problem solve any issues as they arise ● Breaking down and loading up truck after job is completed Pay starts at $20/hr, with potential for raises throughout the season based on performance plus an end-of-season bonus on October 31st. We will consider full and part time applicants who are available from April 4th - October 28th.
