We are currently looking for a self motivated, ambitious individual that thrives on excellent customer service and loves traveling the great state of VT!!! This person would need to be able to manage and coordinate with several different sub-contractors who perform various services ranging from landscaping, snow removal and janitorial services. Depending on the building location and size, services vary on frequency. This person would visit the locations that are located throughout VT to ensure that the sub-contractor is completing all the tasks necessary and also interact with the customers in each of the locations. The ideal candidate would also be handy in light maintenance work like removing small limbs from parking lots or surrounding areas of buildings and possibly even light snow removal. Candidate will need to be familiar with Vermont as we have many locations throughout the entire state. This is a Monday thru Friday position, however "on call" work is definitely possible if a storm happens upon a weekend or if a site is in need of something. Flexibility is a must and an impeccable driving record is needed!
