Inside & Out Window Washing is seeking a personable and hardworking individual who enjoys being outside and in a constantly changing environment in some of Vermont’s most beautiful homes. No previous experience with windows necessary, you just need to show us you’re willing to work hard and get it done — we’ll teach you the rest. As a manager, you will be responsible for interacting directly with clients at job sites and leading your small team in an efficient and effective manner throughout the day. You must exhibit a strong attention to detail with a desire to get the job done right and on time. The job is consistent and rewarding and great for someone who is punctual and likes working with their hands. Being a good communicator, comfortable with heights, and trustworthiness is key. At Inside & Out, we strive for excellence and second-to-none customer service. You will be directly responsible for two other employees and daily responsibilities include: ● Organizing equipment and preparing company vehicle for jobs ● Communicating with Inside & Out scheduler daily ● Driving company vehicle to job sites ● Meeting with clients and reviewing scope of work ● Coordinating and executing plan for completing work with team members ● Problem solving any issues if they arise Pay starts at $25/hr, with potential raises throughout the season based on performance plus an end-of-season bonus on October 31st. This is a Full-Time position from April 4th - October 28th (with potential to stay on through the winter as company expands into winter home maintenance) Please send us an email with your resume, a brief description of your management experience, and why you would be a great addition to our team.
