help me with flag.pole gig tomorrow

Hi, I work on flagpoles (install, repair, whatever) Full time. Tomorrow I can use a hand with a repair job. I will replace the truck on a pole. The tuck is the piece that has the pulley and gold ball up top. Any luck it will only take 3-4 hours. But just in case be prepared to stay until the job is done. I will guarantee you $100.00 for the job. I have a man lift waiting for us on site. Not necessary but if you can handle the lift you go to the top of the list. We start at noon.
