Free Pick up with former pro Jordan Roseboro and Physical Therapist Nati Schnitman We are so excited to bring FFH to Los Angeles all of February. Every Friday we will be hosting FREE pick up games for girls ages 8-18 from 7-8:30PM at Lab Five in Pacoima. From 8:30-9PM we will be having an interactive, informative, or inspiring session with professional players or resources needed by sport. Each week we will announce our special guest and what type of programming/ topic we will cover. We may even have some giveaways! You have to sign up prior to coming on Friday in order to participate! Hope to see you there! <3 FFH & Lab Five Special Guests: Jordan Roseboro Jordan Grew up playing for three different clubs the Washington Freedom (Mclean, VA), Michigan Hawks (Detriot, MI) and FC Milwaukee (Milwaukee, WI). Competed with the Region II Regional team and the Region I regional team. Was also involved with youth nations team camps at the U-14 and U-15 levels. Went on to play college the the University of Miami where I was a 4 year starter as a defensive midfielder. After the college level I went on to play for teams in the US and abroad where I was able to participate on UEFA Women’s Champions League for two seasons. Life after soccer I work for a Health and Wellness Facility in West Hollywood by the name of Monarch Athletic Club where I am the Operations Manager. When I am not working there I am an ENCL club coach at LA Breakers and I am also an assistant coach at Harvard West-Lake High School. Special Guests: Nati Schnitman Nati Schnitman is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who received his Doctorate from Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona in 2021. Nati has a passion for impacting healthcare by serving others through the lens of orthopedic clinical rehab, integrated patient care, movement science, and sports performance. While receiving his clinical education, Nati worked in multiple outpatient settings which allowed him the opportunity to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions across multiple arenas, including youth and college sports, general population, and post-operative care. Whether through rehab, functional training, or sports performance, he aims to empower his patients by giving them a platform to live pain-free and optimize their health and wellness. Prior to receiving his doctorate, Nati was a competitive soccer player for the majority of his life, playing for the LA Galaxy Academy in high school, as well as both UCLA and Northwestern University as a Division 1 athlete. He received his B.S. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Northwestern University in 2016 and continues to coach youth athletes and clients as a licensed strength and conditioning coach and US Soccer E and F licensed soccer coach. Session: Learn about Jordan's transition from playing professionally to her experience working at Monarch. Nati is Monarch's lead Physial Therapist. He will lead the warm up,go over acceleration and deceleration, be on site to tend to any injuries, and will have important informtion for parents and players on how to manage injuries.
