The Estate was founded in 1904 by Espy Watts Brawley, a banker, cotton farmer, and owner of Dixie Mills. The estate is located about 7 minutes from I77 off Exit 36. Our private, gated venue is in the heart of Mooresville, North Carolina, minutes from Lake Norman and sits on 22 beautiful acres.   The Brawley Estate features multiple outdoor ceremony sites and a reception pavilion that can host over 250 guests for social, corporate or non profit events.  The Estate's main house is fully restored and is  listed on the national registry.
