Part time maintenance person needed to live on-site. Must have knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, etc…. Duties include but are not limited to turning vacant units, cleaning laundry rooms, picking up trash and patrolling property. On call for emergency maintenance issues. Candidate must live on property in a one bedroom apartment and must have their own tools. Please email resume.
