We are hiring!!!! Baler Operator The Following are the general skills required: • Safely operate the Sierra baler while maintaining a clean/safe work environment • The ability to load/unload trucks, trailers, and overseas containers • Able to optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency • Ability to meet company production goals at 40 bales per day minimum • Perform daily PM checks on the baler and loading machine • Able to identify, grade and sort a variety of different metals The Following are the general requirements for employment: • Comply with all company safety procedures • Pass a pre-employment drug test • Have reliable transportation • At least 2 to 5 years working with a non-ferrous scrap • Able to work in a fast-paced growing business environment • Work Monday through Friday and overtime as necessary This is a physical job; applicant must be able to: • Work outdoors in variety of weather conditions • Lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds • Sit or stand for long periods • Not afraid to get dirty • Other duties may be assigned Safety - PPE required includes steel toed shoes, hard hat, safety glasses. Pay Rate: DOE This is a full-time position with benefit options.
