Meggan Watterson Last month’s circle was a healing, nurturing & illuminating experience ~ we invite you to join us this month as we lighten it up a bit!!! Circle is a sacred space, fun experience, & loving container you can slowly start to explore & reveal your true self, in a way that feels so liberating, you’ll fall deeply in love with yourself. This month in the sacredness & safety of circle, we will delight & ignite the senses through a series of unique activities & embodiment experiences & explore how to create more yumminess in our daily lives. When we are embodied (feminine energy) as opposed to always living from our minds (masculine energy) we begin to experience that bliss can exist here & now, our intuition heightens, & we step more fully into our feminine power. In circle we will: *PLAY! Be led through a creative life/ improv activity by actress and healer, MK to tap into our hearts & lighten our spirits. *Learn how to drop into our hearts to receive guidance. *Breath experience as a portal to pleasure. *Experience essential oils and plants as portals. *Receive a crystal bowl sound bath. *Explore feminine movement & learn how to tap into feeling good through focusing on how movement feels, not how it looks. *Explore our beliefs around play & pleasure through journaling & sacred sharing. *Delight in essential oil infused chocolates of various flavors. After spending the first 8 years in St. Petersburg and Clearwater, she moved to Fort Myers with her boyfriend Justin of 4 years and her kitty, Emma <3. Her new life in Florida and days in the sunshine enjoying the outdoors inspired in her a desire for getting the most out of life, and that started with overhauling her health. She become interested in natural health and wellness and has spent the last 7 years of her life dedicated to growth and optimal health - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Megan is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Aromatouch Practiioner and Certified Reiki Instructor. In the last few years, a friend introduced her to essential oils and she realized it was the big missing piece in her natural lifestyle!! Megan is very passionate about health and loves to help people feel better and learn that everything we need to support our body's natural ability to heal is right here on this beautiful earth <3
