Local real estate company is looking to hire a part-time handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and generally set your own hours. The pay is $ XX/hour. Pay will be discussed upon position inquiry. Desired characteristics include but are not limited to... Integrity, Honesty, Hard-working, Professionalism, Respectfulness and Flexibility. Showing a desire for growth and increased responsibility in the company is a PLUS. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and helping with staging, moving, running errands, and lifting. The job description will vary with needs. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor. This will initially be piece work however, but we're looking for someone to grow with the needs of the company.
