Help with house renovation

Looking to hire help with exterior renovation work beginning March 7. We will be replacing the entire roof, replacing windows, doors, installing new fascia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts, repairing cedar siding, patching and prepping surfaces for paint, and painting the exterior of the house. I am looking for people who are reliable, understand that weather will affect our schedule, able to work at heights. Ladders, scaffolds, harness, rope, etc. You do not need to know how to do all the work. You DO need the ability to understand and follow instructions - pick up on things quickly. Must be drug free - I don't take kindly to junkies. No smoking on jobsite - go to your car. No cell phones usage while working. Wear appropriate clothing and skid resistant shoes. Use safety gear where appropriate or as requested. Have your own hand tools and your own transportation. Work will last about 6 weeks. Monday through Friday, 9-5. Hand tools and labor only. I supply materials, tools, and equipment. Please respond with your hourly pay requirement. Not negotiable. I will take it or leave it. Tell me why you are worth what you're requesting. Show up to the jobsite and prove it. If your number isn't reasonable for the productivity and quality of your work, you won't stay on. So, be realistic and be reasonable. This is a short term gig. We will go until the exterior of the house is complete. Pay weekly by business check. I bank with Chase and you are welcome to call to verify funds. Cash is not an option. Daily pay is not an option.
