Description
Looking for experienced maintenance technician for general maintenance, painting, cleaning at our multiple apartment communities in Buchanan and Bridgman, MI.
Primary responsibilities will include: Completing work orders, assisting in turning over units, completing preventative maintenance, sharing in on-call duties.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation, be willing to travel short distances to other properties, and have own basic tools. Must be organized, and effective time manager, willing to work primarily on your own, and be able to troubleshoot. Minimum of one week per month on-call required, 2 hour minimum paid for call-outs, plus daily stipend.
Specialization in carpentry/plumbing/electrical a plus.
Pay is $16-$20, dependent upon skill level. Benefits include two sick days, two personal days and one week of paid vacation after 90 days of employment.
