Each of the last three popes spoke out publicly against capital punishment, acknowledging the ways it violates the inherent dignity of the human person. Hear what the Catholic Church teaches about Capital Punishment from attorney and death penalty expert Robert Hutton, who has worked with prisoners on Death Row. Hear also about the overwhelming power of forgiveness and healing from Brenda Kindelan who has visited female prisoners at the Luttrell Correctional Center in Memphis through the Kairos Ministry.
