Hustle with Heart: A consultation class meant for the six figure stylist with Presley @presleypoeandfriends I fully believe that in order to be a successful six figure stylist (and not break your back) we need to do all the mental work that ensures we are working smarter not harder! A consultation is like any good color service in the salon, it all starts with the prep work! In my class Hustle With Heart we will discuss: ● Technology I use for booking and how to navigate new clients seeking consultations ● All of the technological tools I use in the salon to prepare for a consultation before you even have it. ● To charge or not to charge for consultations? ● We will discuss what it looks like to have a “first date” with your clients and see if you are in fact a match! ● Managing expectations (navigating their wants vs. their hair needs) ● How to implement boundaries during consultations ● I will give you the tools to empower you in the face of tough conversations and educate you on the power of NO! ● I’ll help you to learn how to turn the NO into MONEY! ● Client communication: Discussions will include how to handle Waitlists (what happens when we make them wait?) Cancellation lists (how best to utilize them in the salon for full books) What happens when you make clients wait?
