Join YouthServe as we participate in Rise Against Hunger - a meal-packing event supporting the global movement to end hunger by 2030! YouthServe will be joining volunteers from Grace United Methodist Church in the Rise Against Hunger meal-packing event on Sunday, March 6th from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Rise Against Hunger is an educational awareness event designed to raise awareness about world hunger. Youth volunteers will work in an assembly-line setting to measure food and package meals that will then be distributed globally to communities suffering from food insecurity. On average, one volunteer will pack 250 meals an hour! This event is open to youth volunteers ages 13-18. All volunteers must register and complete a service waiver in advance to participate.
