The snow needs to be removed from the hydrants in case of an emergency. The City of Burlington is currently working on creating initiatives to encourage the community to help shovel out the hydrants. (WPTZ)A man accused of smashing Burlington Police Department's cruiser windshields has been arrested in Montpelier. 34-year-old Michal Bizuneh has supposedly gone on a statewide car smashing spree that resulted in roughly 30 Burlington area cars being damaged. Bizuneh reportedly needs treatment for mental health issues but the criminal court is struggling to provide the needed services. (WCAX)Global supply chain issues have left Burlington couples struggling to get down the aisle, according to Burlington wedding vendors. It won't be until 2025 that wedding supply inventory will be stabilized, says Vermont-based wedding planner Jaclyn Watson. Supplies that have been affected include champagne flutes, linens, flower prices, and wedding venues.
