QLess works just like calling ahead to a restaurant to get on the list. We'll text you when a staff member is ready to meet with you. You can sign in on your computer, smart phone or at a campus kiosk and we'll send you a text with: Estimated wait time based on the number of people in line ahead of you The ability to ask for more time to arrive An alert 15 minutes before your start time QLess operates during student services business hours:8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday8 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday The virtual queue will close when it reaches capacity for the day.
