Local company looking for a builder assistant. Duties would include helping supervisor with various stages of construction. Finishing of new construction homes in the Tri-county. Company truck available. Must have good drivers license and experience in home construction. The punch-out/warranty rep is responsible for preparing residential homes for delivery to buyers and handling warranties that remain covered by the builders limited warranty. Typically, punch lists will be provided to the punch-out/warranty rep, however, the punch-out/warranty rep is responsible for spotting, minor repairs, The punch-out/warranty rep will work alongside the construction super and purchaser during the inspection phase of construction, and with the office/homeowners during the warranty period.
