The agreement seeks to relocate the statue to the Carolina State Museum. After the agreement is written out it would need to be approved by both the South Carolina State Museum Commission and the Charleston City Council. The conference that celebrates film and media will be held on Feb. 24 to 26 at the South Carolina Aeronautical Training Center. Reports indicate that there were no injuries during the incident that occurred at the Palms Apartment complex on Royal Palms Boulevard.
