It seems like the owner of the eureka Grocery Outlet is purposely trying to go out of business because he doesn't care about his customers. How can people shop there when there are no carts? The excuses about the homeless taking them are just excuses. To not replace the carts = a big F.U. to his customers. Or should I say his ex-customers? What a low life.
