Equipment Services is a proven leader in the Construction Refurbishing industry with over 30 years of business experience and $50 million in annual revenue. With our explosive growth over the past few years, we have expanded into a new 56,000 sqft. climate controlled facility in Bristol PA at the foot of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
We are currently in need of an experienced dispatcher to handle the inbound and outbound freight in our Bristol location. Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office, Microsoft Word/Excel and have good phone and e-mail communication skills. Must have experience booking outside freight for over the road truck.
Job duties include:
-Using load boards to book inbound and outbound loads
-Booking outside load for our trucks
-Utilizing logistic skills to maximize revenue
-Negotiate pricing for truck load and less than truck load rates
-Schedule and coordinate transportation for heavy equipment
-Update customers on delivery date
-Stay in close contact with drivers
Equipment experience a plus. This position is extremely detail oriented!
