Great opportunity for a high school or college student. CoraCreaCrafts is looking for a part-time assistant to help with its small e-commerce business daily tasks. This would mainly includes: Order fulfillment: getting orders ready for shipment (picking products, packaging orders, writing thank you notes, building boxes)Subscription boxes preparation: organizing supplies and preparing product bundlesOther: organizational tasks such as helping with inventory counts, reorganizing work space and products In the future and depending on your skills, background, and interest, your role could evolve to a more prominent position in the organization with responsibilities that could extend to marketing and social media, customer management, sales analysis, HR, etc. The ideal candidate: has a very good attention to detail: this is a creative business and each order needs to look beautiful and be fulfilled without mistakeis young and dynamic: the person would fit in a fun and flexible workplace with like-minded people. This is not a desk job - you will be standing most of the time. This would be ideal for a student.is a fast learner and independent worker: this is a fast-paced business which requires being able to learn the work rapidly, work independently and use common sense to solve basic issues that may arisehas a flexible schedule: schedule is rarely set from week to week and depends on sales volume and seasonalityInterest in crafting (although no crafting skills are needed, sharing some interest for the core business and have some basic artistic sense would be a plus Schedule: flexible timings, on average around 5-10 hours a week (split in 2 or 3 days) but this could vary depending on the time of the month and time of the year, could include weekend days.
