HOOVER, AL — Hoover police are searching for a suspect seen on security camera illegally entering a homeowner's back yard in west Hoover. The incident occurred Jan. 26. Police said the suspect broke a latch and padlock on the property owner's fence, entered the backyard and approached the rear door. After noticing the security camera, the suspect left the property. No one was at home when the offense occurred.
