Fast-growing Landscape Design Company is looking for a Customer Service Tech to grow with the company. We are the concept to completion company, creating amazing outdoor living spaces for our clients. From design to done we do plantings, water features, patios, walls, whatever is needed to create a space that suits the homeowner. Some of what you would be doing: Plant material pickup and delivery Plant replacement Job site touch-ups: may include minor grading, plantings, or clean up as needed Communicate job progress and completion with lead designer Odd jobs on current and past job sites as requested Interacting with our install teams, office team, and clients. The ideal person : Is cheerful and kind. Has plant knowledge. Must be able to identify common plants as well as their condition Is a self-starter who can work independently Is organized with their workspace and their use of time Great attention to detail, can see what others may miss Have strong communication skills via phone, technology, and email Can follow verbal and written directions Is dependable and able to work to deadlines Is able to read a plan for installation of plantings Knows their way around the Twin Cities area for deliveries Able to lift and transfer plants of various sizes Work with our dedicated team to provide high quality work for our clients Able to work flexible hours April to November in varied weather conditions 20-30 hours / week during the busy season. This is not a one-season position looking for a long-term team member. More hours may be available for the right person, competitive hourly pay.
