This positions pay is variable depending upon experience. Benefits: • Health Insurance • Retirement Savings • Holiday Pay • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Maintain shop facilities and grounds • Maintain all company vehicles; Must have technical competence with vehicle repair and preventive maintenance. • Knowledge of electrical parts and ability to sort and inventory or drive to learn • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, self-motivated and excellent communication • Ability to take instructions from project managers and complete tasks on deadlines • Assists in repair, construction, digging trench, maintenance or other construction tasks • Must be able to operate and maintain small machinery - skid steer, lifts, tractors, etc. Requirements: • Valid Minnesota Driver License • Have demonstrated project and time management skills Minimum Physical Requirements: • Work outside, inside, and possibly dusty, noisy areas. • Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch. • Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools. • Ability to lift and carry up to 51 to 75 lbs.
