Description
We are seeking a team of two professional cleaners for roughly 3 hours of janitorial cleaning per night, Monday through Friday, starting in the next 60-90 days. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other surfaces
Sweep, vacuum and/or damp mop hard surface and carpeted floors
Clean and restock restrooms
Empty trash containers and replace liners
Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
Notify supervisor of building and equipment maintenance issues
Make minor repairs (ie replacing light bulbs)
Other duties as assigned
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Prior janitorial experience required
References required
Background check required
Covid vaccination required
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, dependability and an attention to detail.
Must be interested in a long-term commitment (we’d love for you to join our team for many years, if it’s the right fit).
Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour for each employee.
A candidate may receive higher pay depending on relevant experience and training.
Guaranteed $500 bonus and 3% pay increase after one year of successful work with us
