Construction company needs laborers

We're steadily growing construction company. We need to build our crew with dedicated and dependable laborers. No experience is required, but it's a plus. Most be open to potential long travel times to the projects at hand. We also take on out of state projects, but seldom. Transportation is not provided unless out of town and state projects, or unless a commute system was arranged. Personal tools are a plus, but not required. Our pay range starts at $10 and goes up to $15 based on proven experience, tools, & performance. Our pay scales will may increase once we have maintained a steady growth for couple months. We also offer bonus and commission. Every two weeks we do pay re-evaluation. Well performing emoloyees will be automatically offered a pay increase. Employee bonus is offered out to all the employees based on the overall company's performance per week. We pay by the hour, payouts are bi-weekly. We're preparing our benefits program for those who wants to become full time status. Looking to fill the weekdays and weekend shifts. Starting time is ASAP
