Atlanta Arbor is seeking a skilled trade professional to round out our Operations Staff; this person is integral in ensuring the high standards and quality that our customers have come to know and expect. We have the heart of a small, family business and the backbone and strength of a large corporation. Responsibilities Include: - Repair any damages to landscaping or property if any should occur - Communicate with Arborist Reps, Crews and customers to meet expectations - Maintain crew and company inventory needed on a regular basis - Assist with small engine (chainsaw) repairs when needed - Assist with other mechanical repairs when needed Qualifications: - 2-Cycle Mechanic Background - Construction/ Carpentry Background - Tree care industry experience is preferred - Irrigation/Landscape Background is a plus - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Attentiveness to details - Excellent customer service skills - Basic computer skills and understanding of CRM system - Adept time management and organizational skills - Valid GA Driver’s License - Experience towing trailers Benefits: - $50,000 annual salary (paid weekly) - performance-based incentives - Health insurance after 90-day wait period - Simple IRA (401k) matching program after 90-day waiting period - Company Phone - Company Truck - Tools provided
