Hi everyone. We do production for a client that does events around the country. We rent equipment in each city so that we can fly in and not have to drive a relatively small amount of equipment across the country. We will be doing events in the Phoenix area from time to time so we’d like to find out if you would be able to provide equipment in your area. There is a slight chance that we would be doing the first one in a couple of weeks, on February 19 in Scottsdale. We don’t have details on the room at this point. This is what we need: 4 powered speakers (QSC k8, similar. Vocal only, no music) with stands 3 60”, 65” or 70” LCD monitors with stands (1080 resolution is fine. Program is Powerpoint slides) 10 LED uplights (Battery powered if possible. Preset to Blue 255. No controller needed) Assorted XLR, HDMI, SDI and power cables as needed. We provide the mixer, wireless mics and the laptop to play back powerpoint presentation. We also bring Blackmagic converters for video distribution. We will be able to set up and operate everything, but we need it delivered and will need the driver to help with two-person jobs like getting the LCD monitors on and off the stands. We will help with loading in and out and setting up and striking equipment. Events are dinners, so typically we set up around 1pm or as early in the afternoon as the room is available. Guests arrive around 6pm and the event goes from 7pm-8:30pm. We are usually able to load out by 10pm. Set up usually takes around 2 hours. Load out about an hour to an hour and a half.
