Busy Mesa AZ based window tinting company is currently hiring a Window Film Installer Trainee/Helper. We will train the right person who is willing to follow directions and wants to learn a rewarding skill in a fast paced environment. Applicant must possess an excellent work ethic, be willing to work 5 or 6 days a week, be Respectful, honest, reliable and DRAMA FREE, with no issues taking direction from a Woman or a Man. Window Film Installation is a trade just like an Electrician, HVAC or a Plumber. Window film installers can make up to $80,000 a year or more, if they dedicate themselves to the trade and become extremely skilled. People that fully apply themselves can make $35,000 or more in their 1st year as a commissioned installer. The 2nd year they should make $50,000 or more. Must be able to read a tape measure and be alert, teachable and coachable. Do not apply unless you are serious and ready to work hard, or just to keep your unemployment.
