Duties include responding to maintenance requests submitted by our tenants, preventative maintenance on our 60+ buildings, scheduling and working with outside contractors, and assisting with remodels depending on skill set (framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
All backgrounds and experience levels considered, but seeking someone generally “handy” and with good people skills who we can trust to interact with our tenants. Any additional contractor skills such as framing, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. are not necessary but helpful. Includes use of company vehicle.
