For more information on our business and products visit www.rmstator.com. RMSTATOR is growing quickly and seeking a full time Technical Warehouse Agent to join our dynamic team. The individual will be part of the warehouse team and is a critical asset for our shipping, receiving, inventory, returns testing and processing, technical documentation, and video media operations. This can be a physical job and requires moving and lifting regularly. Responsibilities Shipping Printing and processing order information, securely packaging and shipping items daily via multiple carriers Receiving Unboxing, counting, and stocking inventory resupply shipments and special products Returns Detail oriented processing of our daily product returns including technical testing and validation, updating customer service team using our support software, and recording return data in our business management software. Inventory Control Repackaging sellable returned inventory, restocking warehouse inventory Warehouse Maintenance Regular cleaning and organizing of warehouse, restocking, purchasing, and organizing warehouse, shipping, and business supplies Video Media Assistance Support and assist Engineering with lighting, audio, and camera operation of product/vehicle/installation videos See RMSTATOR YouTube channel for examples: Technical Documentation Assistance Learn (with training assistance) technical product details, and assist Engineering in basic technical documentation of new and existing products Requirements High School diploma completed Located near Loveland/Fort Collins. Warehouse located in North Loveland (Hwy 287 & 71st St crossroads) Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving or applicable experience Recommendations Shipping experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS Shipworks, SAP Business One, Microsoft Office software experience Powersports passion, experience, technical knowledge Primary Skills Very motivated, self-sufficient, and efficient Excellent teamwork and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and driven Capacity for quick learning and adaptation Able to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds Very experienced and comfortable with computers and internet based software Personal Skills Understands and enjoys responsibility Punctual, and extremely reliable Excellent interpersonal relations Understand and believes in our corporate values Respect, Passion, Trust, Team Spirit, Expertise, Performance, and Innovation Interest, experience (riding/troubleshooting/repairing) and/or passion for powersports including motorcycles, ATV/UTV/SXS, snowmobiles a significant asset Dealership, repair shop experience a benefit Benefits Competitive pay - $18 / hr for qualified candidate Job security Paid time off Employer retirement contribution Excellent health/dental/vision benefits Flexible schedule Fast advancement opportunities Ongoing training Clothing allowance Allowance to participate & promote powersports & powersports culture Attendance allowance for powersports related events
