Job Responsibilities: • Ensure all electric work is installed per plan, national code, and local code amendments • Ask questions to determine the severity of an electrical problem • Choose an array of tools and materials according to the repair work that needs to be done • Confer with customers to determine their electrical repair needs • Read and interpret blueprints and cabinet details to ensure correct location of electrical devices • Replace faulty wires and parts to ensure that the new ones are in proper working order • Inspect electrical systems and components to determine condition and identify needed repairs • Install a variety of electrical system components such as lighting, switches, circuits, panels, and outlets • Identify hazards or defects in electrical systems by performing inspections • Plan layout of electrical wiring and equipment keeping in mind local building codes and project specifications • Direct the work of apprentices to ensure that work orders are completed properly and in a timely manner Job Requirements: • Two (2) years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history • Possesses and maintains required tools • Good customer service and problem-solving skills • Ability to get along with others • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen Required Education: • High school diploma or the equivalent • Valid Texas electrical journeyman or wireman license Company Perks and Benefits: • Competitive wages • Health, vision, and dental plans • Free Teledoc Services for all household members • 401K plan with employer match • Paid holidays and vacation after a year that increases with tenure • Promote from within • Weekly pay • Company holiday party and regular branch celebrations If interested, please apply in person at 16808 Radholme Ct, Round Rock, TX 78664, via our website at, or submit resume through Zip Recruiter or Work In TX. com.
