We're looking for a dynamic PA/HM to manage the household and personal needs of a busy executive couple. They need a warm, approachable career PA/HM who acts as an extension of themselves with excellent judgment, who thrives on handling a variety of tasks and creative problem solving. Must also love dogs, as their lives are ruled by their two corgis. This is the perfect role for someone who has solid and extensive experience working in an ambiguous environment, and a proven track record as a personal assistant or household manager. Definite musts for this couple: extreme attention to detail, great follow-through, transparent communication, and the ability to think independently and creatively. Responsibilities include: ● Organizing and coordinating various household activities (ex:cleaning services, routine maintenance, furniture deliveries, returns) ● Maintenance of pup schedule : (annual vet appts, ADHOC needs) ● Coordinating of home project work (ex: liaison with contractor and landscaper for home renovations) ● Creation of, and maintenance of family structure: should we use a family calendar? What system makes the most sense for our needs? ● Making personal travel arrangements and managing logistic, within budget (domestic and international travel, coordinate visas, handle all details of trip - plan itineraries) ● Event/Concert/Dinner reservations and coordination as needed. ● Gift management: shopping, wrapping, shipping, etc ● Managing, and in some instance running, general personal errands (ex: drop off/pick up dry cleaning, drugstore) ● General home office support (ex: bill management, scan documents, retrieve and sort mail, manage contacts for annual holiday mailings) ● Grocery and household shopping and keeping the kitchen stocked - managing deliveries is better than what we have now. ● Home organization support ● Help with personal events, such as hosting dinners (invitations, arranging with caterers and other service providers as appropriate) ● Auto maintenance Requirements: ● Outstanding organization and time management skills ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Natural instinct to hustle and accomplish tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor ● Ability to proactively and confidently make decisions with limited direction ● Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information ● 3+ years full-time personal assistant or household manager experience ● Knowledge of multiple cities and resources, couple currently has residence in Seattle and Rural WA (You will be traveling to the 2nd home in Seattle on occasion.) Must be authorized to work in the US, Valid US Passport. NDA, background check and references required This client is a social person and likes face-to-face time on a regular basis which helps build and strengthen the relationship with the PA/HM.
