Rescue Wanted To Help With Possible Rehome of Dogs

My life is going through some serious changes and I'm not sure I will be able to provide for my dogs in a few months and may need to make the difficult choice to rehome my dogs. Something I don't know how to do. I don't want to wait until the last minute so I'd like to try and find a rescue that can help me when that time comes. They're good dogs and up to date on everything so placement shouldn't be to terribly hard. I just need help making sure they get good homes. I'm not giving them up without a fight but NEED a place in place incase I can't get this figured out. Does anyone have any recommendations for a rescue I could contact to help?
