ACM is currently looking for professional individuals with a strong work ethic to join our existing team in Sylmar, CA. We provide cleanroom and janitorial cleaning services to a local manufacturing facility, We are looking for a night shift lead/supervisor Essential Responsibilities: Oversee night staff and ensure that SOW is performed daily Identifies and communicates any material or procedural discrepancies. Accurately documents solution prep and cleaning activities in logbooks Complete all training requirements for specific work areas Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to work standing, bending and reaching overhead for long periods of time. Must be able to work around various cleaning chemicals that produce non-hazardous odors like bleach and vinegar. Must be able to wear appropriate gowning and PPE covering most all parts of the body and face. Ability to lift, push, pull 40 lbs. routinely, often/occasionally. Other Requirements: Ability to read, write and understand English High School Diploma or GED. 3 years of steady work experience with excellent attendance record. Reliable mode of transportation. No Experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right individual, but they must be detail orientated and possess the willingness to learn new concepts and demonstrate the ability to perform highly detailed work. Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background checks and meet all ACM and client training requirements. Based on work assignment, may be recommended to have medical testing / vaccinations in accordance with the Client’s Occupational Safety and Health Services. Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary due to customer demands. Holiday work may also be required based on manufacturing schedule. Excellent starting rate of $18.00 per hour. All training is provided and paid. (No reduced rate.) Hours are SUN- 6:00am-2:30pm & MON -THUR 3pm to 11:30pm onsite Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
