We have a wonderful studio space available inside our large communal workshop. Settlers LA is a set building company that also contains several separate studio spaces out to other creatives. In total there are 7 individual studios occupied by a range of artists. The spaces have been used for prop fabrication, sculpting, carpentry, furniture-making and fabric arts. The communal spaces include: kitchen, common room, bathrooms, woodshop, outdoor area, and gated off street parking. All utilities are included as well as wi-fi. This particular studio has great light from a strip of windows that run the length of one wall. The space is about 15 x 11 ft. The floor is concrete.It is on the ground floor close to the roll up door for easy loading and unloading of materials.
