Description
I'm a business owner in the tech industry that needs help managing the household and several administrative tasks on the business. The hours are full-time and must be flexible to do some overtime, but not every week. Preferably walking distance to our home/office in the Lower East Side on Grand St, however most of the work can be done remotely. Good organizational and communication skills required.
Responsibilities include (split roughly 50-50 business and personal)
- Hiring, managing, and basic training for contractors on non-technical tasks related to the business
- Basic QA testing and using software to craft surveys for users using Google Forms
- Answer or escalate emails from users
- Scheduling and hiring housekeepers
- Shopping for the family
- Occasionally walking and boarding our dog, a small friendly 3-year old maltipoo
- Household errands when we are out of town like watering plants
- Part-time child care (we have a full-time nanny)
- Must be vaccinated
I'm looking for someone highly dependable and trustworthy and somewhat interested in the tech field.
This opportunity is a long-term engagement if all goes well. Minimum of a 6-month commitment required.
