DUO│Signage + Graphics, a modern printing and graphics company, is currently searching for sign installers to join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire position available immediately. Several positions available for motivated, hard-working, experienced signage installers within the growing field of digitally printed graphics. Successful candidates will perform various types of graphics-related and architectural signage installs throughout the MD/DC/VA area (and occasionally beyond). Responsibilities: Installing architectural and way-finding signage Installing cut vinyl and etched vinyl on various surfaces Hanging framed and/or mounted prints and banners Requirements: • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends). • Mechanically inclined • Light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools • Able to lift/carry heavy objects • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding • A valid drivers license and clean driving record • Attention to detail, and an eye for consistency • Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary • Dependable, professional, and solution oriented • A positive, can-do attitude • Experience in the signage industry - minimum one year Benefits We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive medical benefits, and a retirement plan with employer match.
