Hiring a housekeeper to cover two areas. The housekeeper will clean an upstairs apartment (bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen). The housekeeper will help with laundry, linens, and general organization at the direction of the homeowners. This pays $20/hour and is done once per week. The second space is an Airbnb in the same building. This pays $100 per cleaning, and is usually cleaned between 1-3x per week depending on when guests are checking in and checking out. The cleaning is done between 11 AM and 4 PM, before guests check in. There is sometimes same day check-in and check-out so there is limited flexibility in when the cleaning can be done. The upstairs apartment needs to have the laundry done on the same day as the Airbnb cleaning as the space share a laundry room that is not accessible. The housekeeper should know how to operate a smartphone, understand how to organize a laundry schedule, and needs to speak intermediate English, French, Kurdish, or Farsi.
