Description
I have two very sweet ferrets! they are considered juveniles, they're marshall (petco) ferrets! Chong was born Oct 3rd 2021 and Cheech was born Oct 17th 2021, They've had their first shots but are due for the other shots needed, I could provide their cage (they'll need a larger one eventually) as well as medical info!!! We are in no rush to get rid of these babies and are most invested in finding a home who knows what proper ferret care looks like! I unfortunately work too much to give them the proper hours outside of their cage, as ferrets need 5-8 hours at least of out of cage roaming time! I replace their water BOWL up to 3-4 times a day, I refuse to let them drink from those damned rabbit water bottles as ferrets self-clean and the water dish is necessary for this process (Fresh water Bowl = less "stinky"). Our boys are accustomed to High protein and fat, low fiber (less than 4%) kitten kibble, however we want to switch to Wysong ferret food (can be found on chewy.com). I also have given them egg yolk as an occasional treat in the kibble (they love ferret soup). I've also looked into raw diet ferrets and if this is something you want to look into as well I'd be all for it (warning!!!! Cheech has a sensitive stomach) Taking the switch needs to be slow! I apologize for the rant. I just want to clarify the type of owner we are wanting here!
