Open Square is seeking a mechanically inclined team member with a positive attitude to provide skilled maintenance, construction, and general labor for our mixed-use property. Maintenance or construction experience preferred but we will also consider training the right candidate. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintenance in the following areas: • HVAC • roofing • landscaping • plumbing • basic construction This job is right for you if you: • are meticulous • are hardworking • enjoy learning new skills • have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • understand that winter work includes plowing and snow removal and you enjoy operating a plow or skid-steer loader • like using IT to make your job easier • have no issue working at heights or in basements • are able to lift up to 80 lbs Additional Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Demonstrable computer abilities • Availability for overtime • Documented work experience A plus to have: • OSHA 10 Certificate • Mass Class 1D and 2D Hoisting License • DOT Medical Certificate This is a full-time position, plus overtime, with a small, fun team. 7am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday.
