Full Time Year Round Maintenance Technician Northborough Property Management LLC is seeking a qualified, dependable and hard working individual to fill a full time (40 hours a week) year round salary Maintenance Position at our growing company. Position requires riding in a company van with another NPM Maintenance technician. You will start each day in Northborough or Worcester where you will park your vehicle for the day. The majority of tasks include: • Performing site inspections of the properties (picking up trash, cleaning, changing light bulbs, repairing entrance door closer/locks) • Sheetrock repairs • Painting • Roof repairs • Vinyl siding repairs • Gutter cleaning and repairs • Carpentry work • Cement work • Troubleshooting roof /water leaks • Keeping the van clean and organized Requirements: • Must have drivers license and a clean driving record. You will be driving a company van on most days. • Must be extremely comfortable with heights on ladders and walking on pitched roofs (using safety harness) per OSHA compliance. This is an important part of your job. • Be able to easily lift 50 pounds. • Pass credit and background check. • Own a cell phone with a data plan and be able to take and send photos. Will be reimbursed $15 a month for cellular data. • Own set of basic hand tools (including battery operated power tool set) • Absolutely no smoking or vaping during any work hours. • Must possess a positive and upbeat attitude. • Required to be “on call” responsibilities one weekend every 5 weeks (dispatching vendors only). This will start after 180 days. Paid $200 for the weekend. Details: Our office is located in Northborough, Massachusetts. The majority of the properties are in Worcester, Northborough, Westborough and Marlborough. This is a full-time year round position with full benefits after 90 days (health insurance, vacation time, company sponsored Simple IRA retirement plan, individual bonuses, etc.).
