Property management company in Allentown area is looking for talented workers! We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and hard-working maintenance person to assist our company with turnovers/ make-readies so they are ready for the next tenant. Must be thorough and able to address all aspects of a job (i.e. spackling, VERY basic plumbing, repair wall, paint wall, etc) Experience as Handy-man, or work in Construction and other similar Service Technician roles encouraged to apply! Requirements: • Valid PA Driver's License • Own truck • Own tools (we can provide if you're missing some) • Experience is a must! • Ability to complete turnovers on time to meet move-in deadlines
