I have a female eclectus. She’s 11 years old. I’ve not had her that long I got her from another person that caged her up and claimed she’s aggressive. She’s super sweet. She doesn’t like to be forced in a cage and locked up. I have her cage I got her that’s a lot bigger than her last one. She will step up anytime. She doesn’t fly off of her cage. But she is never locked in. I love her and only want a great home for her. Personal things happened to where one of us has to move and I cannot do it here paying alone. I never thought or planned to move EVER. I hate to do this bc she’s basically an esa for me. She gets along and has never bitten anyone since I’ve had her including my 2 year old. I can tell she’s been through a lot at her last home. It’s hurts me to do this. She’s not just an animal she should be loved properly and gentle bc of her past. She is a plucker but her feathers grow back and then she plucks again. I’m not sure why. I try to keep her busy but the min u don’t she’s preening them. She does get several showers a week and proper diet. If anyone is interested let me know. Comes with cage and toys. She will hardly touch toys at all. Will need time. She never had a toy or perch when I got her from last home.
