Twin-Cities Property Management Company seeks an experienced Full-time Apartment Property Manager (APM) for 120 market rate apartment-homes in Chanhassen, MN. The APM is totally accountable for all community operations. APM is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and the Management Company. Responsible for the financial success of the community through budget control; collecting, recording and depositing rent, fees, deposits when due; performs evictions when necessary; constant vendor/contractor communications. Human Resources: Hires, trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff. Leasing/Marketing, showing and closing on prospects. Lease files and leases are properly executed. Office hours are typically 8:30 to 5:00 - some nights and week ends required. Must have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation. References and Backgrounds are checked.
