Need Weeds Pulled, Mowing, Raking, and Yard Cleanup

I need someone to pull weeds, mow grass, rake leaves and clean up the yard at my place. It’s mostly newly sprouted weeds and fallen leaves that will need raking. You will need to provide your own tools (mower, rake, etc.) and leaf/yard bags for cleanup if it does not all fit in our Yard Waste bin. I previously had someone doing this but they moved and my goal is to find a new reliable service that can offer yard maintenance monthly at this property.
