Woman Fatally Shot In Dacula, Police Investigating

DACULA, GA — A woman has died following an early morning shooting Wednesday on Rabbit Hill Road in Dacula, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department. Just after 3 a.m., police said they were called in reference to gunshots heard at a residence off the roadway. When officers arrived, they said they located a woman in a vehicle across from the residence suffering from at least one gunshot wound. She died at the scene. Investigators said they are currently interviewing witnesses and processing the scene for evidence. At this time, police said there is no motive available and investigators are working to identify the victim.
