Re homing puppy

A 4 almost 5 month old puppy terrier beagle mix. We love him to death but unfortunately we can no longer keep h due to my toddler health issues. He is crate trained still needs work on leash training. The lady we got him from said he had all the required shot but didn't end up sending me the info so waited on that.
